This policy is in addition to the applicable Terms & Conditions governing the usage of the Website. Falcon does not generally require any Personal Information from you to access or peruse the Website. Falcon collects the following Personal Information through its Website when you provide the details to Falcon vide the forms on our contact and/or careers page, or attempt to log-in through the Falcon Developer Portal to use the APIs:

3. Email Address

Falcon collects Personal Information for the following purposes (“Purposes”):

• You have the right to appoint, by written request to Falcon, another individual to exercise your rights under this Privacy Policy on your behalf. Such designation shall be effective upon Falcon's receipt of the written request.

• The written request appointing a representative must explicitly authorize, with valid signatures, the representative to act on your behalf with respect to the exercise of your rights under this Privacy Policy.
