Outside this document, “Falcon” as a name represents the branded suite of products offered by India Innovation Incorporation Private Limited. Falcon is mindful of its user’s privacy and collects, stores and uses the data of its customers and users in accordance with applicable laws.

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) gives the details of the collection, storage and usage of data of its customers and users and you are advised to carefully read the Privacy Policy. By visiting any of Falcon’s websites, mobile application, WAP site etc. and providing information, you expressly consent to Falcon and its affiliates to use, store, disseminate and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy may change at any time without prior notification, thus please ensure that you are aware of any changes to the Privacy Policy as made from time to time. This Privacy Policy shall apply uniformly to Falcon’s websites, mobile application, WAP site etc.

and if it does so in the future then it is in accordance with PCI guidelines; 4.5. Your participation in any promotion sponsored by Falcon;

4.7. Calls that Falcon makes to you or you make to Falcon;

4.8. Information supplied by you in connection with surveys, feedback or based on Falcon’s request;

6.6. To comply with legal requirements on verification of Information, storage and disclosure of Information and transactional data;

However, this high level of protection can only be effective if you follow certain security practices yourself. You must never share your account or login details with anyone. If you are concerned that any of your login details have been compromised, you can change them any time once you are logged on but you should always also immediately contact Falcon’s customer service team at 1-800-120-5483.
